Attention Hybrid Title 38 employees:
This is time sensitive and requires action!
All employees in Hybrid Title 38 positions any time between July 2012 and September 2020 could be eligible for back pay. A recent grievance victory approves PREMIUM PAY on APPROVED LEAVE. This includes weekend differential (and possibly night differential) pay on Annual Leave that was not previously paid to the employee, plus interest. Going forward, HT38 will receive this pay on future leave requests.
Documents must be submitted by the employee by December 28, 2020!
